Okay. Another .4 pounds. I feel really great about this. I'm exercising more drinking more water and steadily losing. It feels great.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

So I went UP a few pounds and DOWN a few pounds in a matter of two days. Crazy... This morning I was back down to just .2 more than my lowest weight. Not bad... I ate crappy yesterday, but back on the horse again. Back on the horse...
