Okay so despite all the crap that has transpired I have managed to lose 1 pound. I am not going to complain it could have been a gain. I really tried to do good, but no gym and some stress eating. Today is a new week and things are a little more normal. I am back to working from home and on a regular schedule and will be back to the gym this week too.
