I decided that I should attempt logging in my food again. I have been waking up hungry at night or I can't sleep because I'm hungry. I'm really trying to watch what I eat. Following the LCHF with lots of water, with lemon or vinegar. I have a goal to get atleast 2 hours of physical activity OUTSIDE each day. My main concern at the moment is to lose visceral fat...liver, pancrease, etc...SO, if I only lose 1 pound...please let it be from that part of my body!
118.4 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 27.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You can do it! I find drinking water and eating soup really helps. Half the time I think I'm hungry I'm really just thirsty.
