I did it. I thought for sure I let it slip away by having a second serving of noodles, fried rice and barbecue chicken with a beer at 9:30 would do me in for sure.

I broke my 16:8 fast yesterday with a package of instant oatmeal with some granola added to it. Probably around 300 calories. When I got to the barbeque, I took over the grill "I like to cook" and they didn't mind because my buddy was needed else where. My family ate while I drank a beer and grilled. I finally ate a plate with a vodka drink around 7 PM. So basically I only consumed 450 calories in 23 hrs while being moderately active throughout the day. I had one more beer between 7 and 8 and we had to start the trip home 90 miles ( Yikes!! )

So I got in the house and within 5 minutes I had the 2nd serving of food I mentioned above plus 1 serving of goldfish

I had a great day.

Wish me luck today. I usually have a huge Sunday breakfast but I want to start the week in the 230s and work my next goal of on getting to the 220s by September.

Still focused. Thank you guys/gals for your support.
