Hello everyone! How are you? Today I have got another good result ( 100.4 kg ). I decided to check my weight every Monday. Last Monday ( on 23rd of May ) my weight was 101.5 kg. So weight is definitely going down.
100.4 kg Lost so far: 15.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
