Thankfully drama with my marriage has leveled out but it comes back. Hub's job took another odd turn.
But I am doing more exercise an the diet bars help. I get over two miles in on my lunch break. About to head out strolling now.

The weather cleared up so I am happy.
55.8 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
