Oops - had a difficult weekend scattering my uncles ashes, decided not to stick to my diet and ate a large pizza and chips with 2 glasses of wine - first starchy carbs and alcohol ive had in 3 weeks 😪 hard work undone 😩
64.1 kg Lost so far: 8.7 kg.    Still to go: 0.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.8 kg a Week

Please don't beat yourself up. At stressful times you just need to take care of yourself and everything else can wait. Your hard work isn't undone, it's just a bump in the road. Everybody's weight fluctuates up and down from day to day. You're still doing really well overall and that's what matters.

Don't see it like that, see it as you chose to take a break when you needed it and now choose to get back on it, you have control. As Bearwood said its not hard work undone its just a 'speed bump', and they can happen even at the best of times.
