WTH I gained a pound and I'm following it 100% very depressing. But, I will not give in!
100.2 kg Lost so far: 11.8 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Yes, it can be frustrating, but 1 pound is probably just normal daily fluctuation....it's less than half of 1% of your weight! As far as your plan, however, less is not better on Atkins. You NEED the protein and fat and calories to lose weight without compromising your metabolism and muscles. For most women of average height, we should be in the mid-70's in grams of protein per day. You've got the hang of Atkins, you just need a bit MORE. You've got the right attitude on not giving in...Atkins DOES work!
