I use Insight Timer it has meditations, self hypnosis, affirmations, sleep sounds, podcasts, neuro science, binaural beats etc also a cbt app called Woebot, to help with my negative and obsessive thinking but I didn't try any weight management focused cbt apps...what one do u use? (If u don't mind me asking) ❤
