Ooh, it's been a couple months for sure, plenty of ups and downs, I'm happy that I haven't gained all that much. Since I've got an event to attend in 15 days from now I said I'll pop back on the app and try be good, set myself back on track with this external motivation.
66 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
