i have been on intermittent fasting for the last 21 days but seen the least effects on me.I think it's all because of Ramadan month, all the temptating foods are making me distrack more often. please give me some healthy food options as suggestions.
78 kg Lost so far: 11.5 kg.    Still to go: 19.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
