I think I have finally given up. I have lost the desire to even try to do what I know needs to be done.

I am tired of eating the same boring foods fixed 1000 different ways. No matter what I do, it's still the same old food.

I wasn't meant to be a rabbit or I would be. I am tired of chicken, salads, turkey even cottage cheese and yogurt are getting boring and you can do so much with it.

I have started a membership at a local gym and am hoping that exercise will help change my mind about things.

Losing weight and getting healthy shouldn't be this difficult or complicated. I am not saying it should be easy because it isn't but it shouldn't have to be like climbing Mount Everest either. There has to be a happy medium where I don't feel like I can't enjoy life.

Right now I am feeling trapped between the rock and a hard place. It stinks!
