RN16's Journal, 10 Apr 22

I haven't been tracking my calories, because I'm giving strictly intuitive eating a try by itself for a month or so to see how that goes.
I been tracking my calories constantly for about a year and a half and I can't track calories forever so I'm going to try this then measure myself and weigh myself and see what it shows
61.2 kg Lost so far: 20.4 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I have a feeling that I will never be able to trust my intuition! I will need to track calories forever..... maybe at some point only in my head, but, certainly I cannot be trusted to eat properly! This has been proven!
