Am getting frustrated with my lack of dedication. I’m maintaining, but not progressing. Thinking I need to up my exercise from just walking to include a rowing 🚣‍♀️ machine. Build muscle back to help the burn.
Thoughts?
105.9 kg Lost so far: 27.1 kg.    Still to go: 17.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 2.2 kg a Week

Very good idea. I have an exercise bike and weights bench. The weights I find the easiest to be consistent with
