I am doing a lot for exercise, walking two hours every weekday, to and from work. When I can manage it I go for 20 minutes on the exercise bike when I get home. Trying not to eat desserts, generally succeeding. Enjoy today everyone, it is all we have
86 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
