whoo hooo. over 1stone lost before my big holiday . I usually put on 1lb a day . A lot of it is flying and the heat. Takes about 5 days after my return to see what my true weight is . Worth it for 2 weeks Sunshine. 1 week's cruise then 1 week hotel in Barbados. This is the big birthday treat for me and no1 daughter. My 70th and her 50th.
