Yikes What happened; up 5 lbs. I think if I were a normal person I woulda said the heck with it and poured myself a large scotch.😧
Oh well back to the drawing board.
Had a cupla lazy days, but never expected that.
88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
