finally broke throught the plateau....this carb counter really works. I planned my meal on it instead of guessing. This way I can be sure to stay under the 20g carbs.
Cooked Easter Dinner, turned out really good. Had a beautiful bouquet of roses on the table to add color.

I did have to prepare desserts for some. So, I just took pink snowballs and heated them up in the microwave and topped them with sliced strawberries and coconut syrup....they never knew that it was packaged cakes and I didn't have to do a taste test or spend any more that 2 minutes to prepare it...so I wasn't tempted!
