This weigh-in I am full of waste. I normally cleanse or purge the waste weight off before I weigh myself so I am super stoked about this weigh-in!!!
84.7 kg Lost so far: 10.6 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
