I seem to sabotage myself over the weekends and take all week to crawl it back. Off on 2 weeks Barbados cruise in 12 days time. Not as low as I wanted as i know i seem to gain 1lb a day on holiday.
101.8 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
