Very happy to be into double figures again, seeing three figures shocked me into action. Almost a week back on my healthy eating lifestyle (with lower carb intake) and I can feel I am back into it. Hope to get back to where i was and lower if possible.

Well done! Would love to do low carb diet, however I battle then to be regular on the tummy working. Anyone got advice on this?

Thanks for the support everyone.
Hi Chelle673. I struggle a bit with this as well sometimes, not all the time. I put two teaspoons of bi-carb in a glass of water and drink it... its revolting, but it helps make my tummy work. I only do it every now and again.

Congrats! I've been investigating low carb myself though I'm implementing differently. After years of subjecting myself to high carb way of eating, I decided to reduce carbs to the 50-100. Only time will tell if I should go lower.

Hi Skinnyzee. Ok maybe I should rephrase. I am definately lower carb, not low carb. I try to keep it to 50g a day but sometimes over sometimes under. Anything over 100g and I can feel it straight away, bloated etc.
