Not sure why I gained. Had a salad with chicken breast, tomatoes, cukes and cheese for dinner. Didn't add any salt, so who knows. Had my all time favorite yogurt for breakfast--Noosa lemon. Meets 2 requirements for me. Provides energy and my citrus intake for my kidneys. I need to start tracking calories again. Found some time to take our granddaughter to the zoo in between hockey games. She loved it😍 and papa spoiled her once again. Stuffed animals and a new necklace. I just love watching the red pandas,and of course, the big cats. Yesterday was tough with daylight savings and the 10 hour drive.
123.4 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
