This has been a totally rubbish week. Too many visits to Burger King because I'm too lazy to cook when I get home. It's got to stop! I've been lucky in that my weight has stayed the same but the law of averages says that won't last. Aside from the fact it's not healthy and is costing me a fortune!
128.8 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
