Hi everyone ….
Trying to stay on top & not dip under let my circumstances get the better of me food wise am on point as much as I can my support system is my best friend has really helped my unseen hero who is like no other …. So proud of myself not reaching out to the nearest thing crisps chocolate bread to cope am learning slowly new life skills the truth is May never be Good enough for some no matter how hard I tried can only be just Me & think am ok nice enough kind enough … the importance of being good to one’s self ….some self love is most needed & don’t think am ready to walk down the isle anytime soon maybe never …. Am not the woman I used to be before my weight loss journey … is it just me or is weight loss emotional psychological and physical transformation …. Is anyone experiencing the same kind of changes? Your thoughts comments and support is what keeps me going love u everyone❤️❤️❤️
