Slight decrease is better than none.
86.6 kg Lost so far: 3.4 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’ve already failed this week, had to miss squash 😂. So will try to make it up a little with some evening walks. Do you have the same goals for week two or have you changed them?

Same goals. Didn’t meet protein target or fruit and veg target last week. Trouble is, when I eat less calories it is hard to fit it all in. Are you changing yours?

Your have to get on those protein shakes 🤢. Yes mine are the same or were the same 😂.my one thing to improve this week is my lunch, I normally have leftovers warmed up for lunch but will go for something lighter this week to see if that helps. Fingers crossed for this week.

Ha ha time to be brave and reach for them 😝. No I don’t still trying to do it without counting, I have a good idea what I’m eating from last time.

Don’t give up, see how much you can get done with the 4 days left you don’t want me rolling my eyes at you 🙄. Mine has been pretty rubbish to but just played squash and feeling better for it so hopefully can get some focus back 🙂

I can’t stop eating😭😭. And it’s not physical hunger! I’m letting aholes make me overeat🤬🤬. Amazing that you played squash. Wish I had your discipline. It’s too cold here…been -2 most mornings and raining daily

😔 try not to let the get to you, what else could you do if they are getting to you? You need some boxing gloves and a punch bag. No I’m not being the punch bag 🤪. I’m lucky that I really enjoy squash and want to go. -2 sucks won’t be long before the warmer weather is with us ( well in the south anyway) and you can get out on those walks 😌
