Hi everyone …. Hope ur keeping well yesterday I went out had a massive dinner when I got back home no wonder scales went up carbs & fat basically but I’ve never felt more positive because I know what I don’t want …. Don’t want to rely on people or food to make me Happy I have me & my happiness is my responsibility happiness comes from within …. Yes others help us become the best version of ourselves but are not their job to make us Happy … some people have love & support yet they are. Always sad … I care for humanity I care for people but sometimes we can only do so much …. So I step back and think on ways to help if I can’t then just move forward does that make me selfish ? I don’t know ? I can’t stand negative people … your thoughts comments are welcome xxx love u peeps
