Lost another 2.8 pounds. Felt up all week so wasn't expecting much of a loss if any. I haven't wavered from the plan. Some days I struggle to get the balance between fat and carbs right, but something must be working because I am still losing.

One day at a time, slow and steady wins the race. Progress is progress. I am determined to get there.
