What a lazy day and almost smashed my 2Kcal commitment. Rained most of the day and never got my hike in.
Oooops forgot the date square; I'm over😬
88.5 kg Lost so far: 4.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
