Either my scales need new batteries or I have shifted my holiday gain. I have eaten out 3 times, but I tracked and kept an eye on the calories. Whetherspoons scare you by listing their calories next to their dishes and I looked up the values on line for my other eating experiences . Wish wine was as low as G&T.
