i don't know how much i weigh to be exact but i've been binging for a while and i definitely became bigger. Right now sitting all full with my stomach ready to explode. And wanting more, it's never enough. Kind of curious how long it will take to develop diabetes or get a stroke. Was wondering whether i should add my weight here or just hide this binging phase from everyone. decided to be real and to admit that i'm really struggling. Yeah, losing weight AND maintaining it is hard as hell. I genuinely have no idea how all those beautiful skinny girls do it, what a willpower, wow. Wanted to be one of them so bad for so long, guess it's not for me. If you lost weight and you manage to keep it off, goddamn i can't put into words how proud i am of you. you rock! Imagine being capable of resisting the urge to eat more than you need. seriously, wow to all those people who can do it, who achieve their dreams, who succeed, because i'm a total disappointment. always have been, always will be
75 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I'm sure people would like to see a photo of what you look like now after gaining over a stone in 2 weeks. I know I would.

Don't be so down if it was easy none of us would be on this app, I was a secret eater no one knew I'd had it so it didn't count. I still do it but not as much, u need to put less pressure on urself have smaller meals often, everyday I start again its OK to start with by time I go bed iv eaten more than I should but tomorrow is always a new start good luck xx

I don't think any of us would be here if we didn't have issues with our weight! I am terrible for snacking of an evening on cheese and biscuits and savoury stuff, and I only really thought about my weight when my clothes didn't fit properly after losing quite a lot the other year. it's easy to get into bad habits, but if you are aware of the calories you are eating like I am when I log it on here it makes me realise I don't really need that packet of crisps or biscuit or three as it's not worth the effort to lose it again! I think just be honest about your weight and weight loss hopes on here - we won't know you in real life! good luck!

Hi Kitty. Rar, the ladies are right. We all crave stuff . I still do Saturday is my new weigh in day. I think I'm up through eating too much this week. You will sort it out, think why you are craving food even if its painful write it down read it cry if necessary then throw away the paper and look at the problem in a different light on how to deal.with it. Don’t beat yourself up , you will be suprised how many people do it. I don’t know if you’ve ever tried but hypnotherapy can really help. I recently bought one from Clear Minds Hypnptherapy (should be able to find them on Google) it’s really helped and I saw on there website they had one for binge eating, they also have a support group xxx

Dear Kitty I’m sorry you’re disappointed and angry, But remember when we said life is a roller coaster? Up periods and down periods! not always expect perfection because nobody is perfect... Be proud of what you have achieved even if you feel you have lost it...... because you already did it once so you did it. a person is not always and only a tonic physique and fit... fortunately it is much more than this!! if you need to talk about it write to me without hesitation. a hug

Put a line under it and move on. What's done is done. If ur body is craving a binge, then maybe u r pushing yourself too hard. Firstly get some scales to find out your actual weight, so you can establish the facts, so the numbers your are working with are correct. Don't be so aggressive on your deficit. Zig zag your cals between high and low cal days. The sequence is low low low high. Low is usually 20 percent below tdee. High is usually 5 percent above tdee. (There are loads of tdee calculations online). This should help curb a lot of cravings and binging. Look at the ratio of ur macros, if your carb crazy, try nudge the fats up, as they control insulin a lot better so u will not get these dips in mood and energy levels. Don't be so hard on yourself, just work the problem. Take it one day at a time untill you can fall into a routine. Good luck.

Im pretty sure i weigh even more at the moment:) It's not the first time i binge... Previous times i used to gain 5-10 kg in a week. And it's been over a week this time. The amount of food i consume binging is insane. The difference is that i will lose this binge-gained weight faster than normally gained weight. I wanna say a sincere thanks to everyone. You actually make this journey slightly easier, give me hope and inspire. It's a new day, new attitude, new choices ❤️

My thoughts on appetite. I believe that the most important thing to control your appetite is to get used to a certain level of hunger. When you can't hold back your appetite, "high fiber vegetables" are recommended. (Fermented foods are also recommended to maintain a good intestinal environment.) The only thing you need to pay attention to is the amount of seasoning. Since you will be chewing more, your satiety center will be stimulated and your appetite will subside. If you try to suppress your appetite forcibly, the stress will cause you to binge eat in a big reaction. I believe that the important thing is to control your appetite, rather than forcing it down. Hello Kitty. I hope you are doing well. Let me tell you something. If you gain fast and lose fast. It means you need to change your diet system for both. I have met many people who struggle with hunger and consume too much food. But after we start our system, they understood that they were eating wrong and dieting wrong. In addition, sometimes the problem not laying at the hunger, but there is emotionally eating as well. This means there is something in our emotion that need to fix. Send you all my support 😘😘.
