SO I figured that there would not be any changes since after my show last night I stopped at Wendy's because I was hungry. I did nothave any of the snacks at the party. I did not realize that Wendy's cheeseburger adnfries was going to be over 600 calories so I went way over my calorie intake for the day. SO needless tos ay I was shocked when I see another pound lost. I know this does not mean have a free for all and eat like that all the time and still think the weight will come off. It was definitely a treat and something I probably will not do again for a long time. I will be on vacation out of state June 30th - July 3rd and I know there will 1 -2 days of taking in more calories than expected depending on where we go to eat...HOwever, I am at the point now where I can still be careful and make wise choices even when we stop at fastfood....THere will be the opportunity to stop at a grocery store and I will be doing so to get some healthy foods so I will not have the excuse of there not being another option of fried fattening yummy evil goodness.
82.0 kg Lost so far: 5.1 kg.    Still to go: 23.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
