Well it's been a long time, a huge struggle the past few months that I have been off the group. Huge emotional, relationship issues which I have had to deal with. But I have found my fire again to rather breath in the good and exhale the bad. Need to now try get back into low calorie....jotting all down and get back into excersises. I've missed you all, the support....So yes, we can do it, together we can.
