I think I have the hang of it. Haven't seen a lbs reduction like this before. Logged my foods yesterday, didn't exercise yesterday because I wanted to spend my last 3 hours of the day relaxing.

109.0 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 25.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Good for you! They say that when we exercise our muscles hold onto fluids so when we take a day off exercise we often see the scale move down a bit. Hang in there and stay motivated!
