Time to get back to business..Between being in this house, the ft of snow, non stop cooking I have gained back everything I lost..This time hubby says he will try to lose too.He is 325lbs 6'...Time to go workout for 20 min..
92.0 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 10.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
