Trying to find something to wear to church yesterday was tough. After trying on 4 skirts I had to resort to the usual black pants that I had taken out or the black leggings that stretch around my added girth. They are still the only things that fit these last 6 months. I did the deed, now I have to pay the piper. Yesterday my calories were under 900 but I was still up .4 lb. I guess the sugar in the pineapple and mango is what did it. If I'm good it'll go back down. Of course, we have to expect fluctuations. It's just that I "was" out of the 130s and down 9 lbs since Dec 22nd. Tomorrow is another day.
