The snow is slowly melting here. After today the temps will be much closer to average or above this week - mid 40s and lower 50s. I went through a bunch of my old clothes yesterday and found a bunch that fit. So Glad I wear classics! I finally lost a few ounces. I'll take it! LOL. I'm still eating on plan but varying my diet and exercise a little. Tightening up my portion control.
89.1 kg Lost so far: 16.1 kg.    Still to go: 21.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Ooh! Shopping in your own closet is the Best! Down is progress, even baby steps. I'm having to trick my body into loosing right now too. Need to get more exercise in the mix! We got this!

Walking in the bitter cold snow today was my exercise of the day. Way too cold for my poor feet. I love my old clothes!
