I'm always looking for something healthier, lower in calories, high in protein, lower in carbs, etc. This week I found Dannon Light & Fit Greek Yogurts in 80 calorie packaging vs. Chobani 100 calorie packages. The taste is similar to me and if I eat the 2 4 packs I bought (8 total), I'm consuming 160 calories less.

Something to think about. Because cheat meals/days happen so be prepared by have less calories :)
117.9 kg Lost so far: 26.3 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
