Wow, lost another 3.5 pounds this week. I am totally surprised because I felt fat the entire week between weigh-ins. I have been sticking to the changes I have made. Eating 3 meals and at least one snack daily as my routine allows.

Been a long time since I have seen the 200's in any amount so I am liking this new number but still a long way to go.
135.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 76.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
