Little bump-up. My February experiment is to not weigh again until March 1st. This will be a big deal for me because I always "watch" my weight. (Yup, watch it go up and down and up and down!) I'll have to lock the scale in my shed to make sure I don't slip up. I will put my focus on fasting times/days and increasing exercise, as well as what I eat. Hopefully I will see some nice progress after 4 weeks!
85.6 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.6 kg a Week
