Hello Davidjesson, try this. Eat 3 meals a day, 2. Drink green tea and half a grapefruit before you eat as both those burn fat. 3. Never eat late. 4. Eat before a food shop so you don't comfort eat. Small amounts of exercise build-up a little each week. 5. Never weigh wet as water carries a lot of weight 6. Try and weigh once a week same day same time. Treat yourself in clothes, jewellery, etc. 7. Try and take up a hobbies to occupy your mind, a sport, walk games with friends or family. If any children play outside with them. Do painting reading something with cars or something else like fishing. Anyway Davidjesson, good luck hope this helps a bit. Ps lose weight slowly if too fast it's more likely to come back on again. Good luck. Merry Mel 🤩.

I would bet big money there is not a single person on here who hasn't started a diet and quickly fallen off the wagon multiple times. Knowing you should and being able to complete something are two different things Like other people have said dont give up. Put on place a practical plan. Minimise your chance of "cheating". Dont do the last supper thing as it will make you hungrier. And dont get too down on yourself. We are all here to get support and give it. We want you to succeed.

it's a journey I've started often too David, I can do this, have lost before but it's mentally believing in yourself firstly. take it small steps, a stone at a time. calorie counting only works for me. I also weigh every day and graph it, take an average. weight fluctuates . it's not all a gain just a short water store for a time. try not to worry to much. keep those thoughts positive. turn to your diet buddies when u need a boost mentally and most of all Good Luck on your Journey
