Well, I don't even know what to say. I've been avoiding weighing myself since Christmas, because I ate cookies and drank alcohol.
Now for the last 3 weeks, I've been trying to behave myself. I was hoping that I'd have a better result when I stepped on the scale today, since I really tried.
It looks like I gained way more than I realized over the holidays. I'm kind of surprised, because I feel like I didn't go out of control. I had some treats and drinks like any other normal person would, yet this is the result.
I hate the way that my body works...eat a few cookies and I gain 5 or 10 kilos. 😐
It's so depressing.
124.2 kg Lost so far: 10.3 kg.    Still to go: 63.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week

Well, first of all, your body has not any problem and you need to love it 😊. Second, I think you do some mistakes in your diet as I have met many people who thought that they stick with a healthy diet but they aren't 😊

I totally agree with Dagher …. Not long ago was in the same predicament until slowly but surly learning the tricks & how to fool your body …. Stick with healthy eating complex carbohydrate lean protein fruit & vegetables water three meals two snacks … listen to your body 😊Good luck

I’m sure your body gets used to what you do…. Then changes what it uses and saves to try to trip you up!
