Life has been happening at an amazing speed. I obviously have not been doing what I need to do for my mental and physical health. No excuses, just recognizing that I need to refocus. I have come too far to go backwards.
95.7 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
