mowing the lawn yesterday was great excercise and if you saw the size of my lawn you would be impressed. It is a double lot.
83.1 kg Lost so far: 4.0 kg.    Still to go: 24.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

you're stronger than me I can sweat all day on the tredmill but i dont think i could mow the yard.. thats my hubbys fault though hes always done it..lol. Im sure it was an awesome workout though
