Down another 1.5 pounds. Not a big drop, but a drop. Slow and steady wins the race as they say.

I have been following the guidelines but I have had a few days over 1200 calories and more carbs than I like. I think it's the overnight oats that are causing the carb issue, but they give me a break from the eggs.

I shall keep on, keeping on!
