Back to working out 3-5 times per week and drinking only 3 alcoholic beverages per week. Feeling much better after having had COVID-19 right after Christmas. It was relatively minor but some symptoms lingered more than others.
69.7 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
