Okay so 0.2 down. I am not complaining because I saw a lot of fluctuation last week and have not been to the gym in 5 days. Very happy to get back today. As much as it is a necessary evil I have missed it and felt very guilty not going.
100.4 kg Lost so far: 12.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
