Doing well with my diet right now. Trying to fine tune it. Working on getting in more exercise. I weigh less than I have for many years. My insatiable hunger has subsided with carb control and improved choices. Working on sleeping better and finding a way to control my stress. Managing my day better. It is more balanced.
94.4 kg Lost so far: 10.8 kg.    Still to go: 26.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
