Hi everyone 😊
Finally managed to get on the scales weight gain expected no diet eating within guide lines skipping meals running around my sister was very unwell spent most of the time with her so ate whatever was available so it's expected am quite pleased really expected a bigger gain their is always away ....
75.2 kg Lost so far: 9.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
