195 lbs today ... up 2 lbs for no reason I can see, so I know what goes up will go down. Keeping the focus and eating clean. These ups and downs are all power for the course ... it isn't just a straight downward loss when you are losing weight and I am completely OK with that. Transformation takes time and time is the currency I am investing in myself. How cool is that? :)
88.5 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 18.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
