Well, even with Christmas, I am down over 2 pounds. I allowed myself a few treats, a 1/3 of a piece of cheesecake, and 2 almond flower thumbprint cookies rolled in walnuts and filled with low sugar raspberry jam.

I am happy with a loss and I am keeping up with tracking and logging and using my cubii, weighing and measuring everything. I am not perfect, but I am doing what I can to figure it all out.
